Teach Children Responsible Use Of Internet! #AAH
Priyanka Gupta is a successful business owner of a very interesting category of product. She owns a crystal shop in Mumbai called #Shubhanjali. Her knowledge extends to healing properties of crystals especially post pandemic a large population is inclined to learn about managing stress/ anxiety via them.
Priyanka & her husband ran a digital media agency prior to this so they are well clued in to the power of internet & social media. Infact she says that during pandemic when a lot of businesses were shutting down, her business saw a spike only cos they used effective online marketing to reach a wide audience.
Priyanka is also a mother to a young baby girl. She has a very interesting take on use of internet by children. She believes that it’s important to teach critical thinking to kids & mindfulness so that they can take good decisions. Instead of imposing bans, teach them to differentiate in types of content. Attention to children by family also plays an important role. If the child feels emotionally nurtured, they may not always turn to technology for entertainment.
