Sometimes we experience harassment, bullying, cheating, fraud or even very serious crimes but do not report them. Let us explain to you why its extremely important that we should report every crime! If you don’t then the same criminal might grow into a very big criminal one day or 100s others might get victimised.
Firstly, no crime or criminal is big or small. Even smallest of misbehaviour needs to be reported. If everyone stops reporting crimes, we will be living in a lawless state!
Secondly, when you don’t report crimes, you actually encourage criminals. They feel that they can get away after committing any kind of offense. Over time, they will have the guts to commit serious crimes & you are also partly responsible if you keep quiet & don’t report every crime!
Thirdly, victims should not be victimised or shamed. When we go through trauma, we don’t forget it in our entire life! We have witnessed that many victims live with subconscious trauma until end of their lives no matter how old they grow. So, reclaim your life, make sure that guilty is punished & report every crime.
हर जुर्म को रिपोर्ट करना ज़रूरी है
१- कोई भी जुर्म और कोई भी अपराधी बड़ा या छोटा नहीं होता। गलत और सही अपने आप में काफी मर्यादा हैं, अगर आपको किसी भी बात से ठेस लगी है या आपको लगता है की वह गलत है तो उतना काफी है, उस क्रिमिनल को सजा देना न्यायपालिका का कर्त्तव्य है पर आपको उसकी शिकायत दर्ज करानी ही चाहिए। अगर सब लोग यह करना बंद कर देंगे तो समाज में क्राइम्स कितने बढ़ जायेंगे !
२- जुर्म की शिकायत न करने से क्रिमिनल्स को बढ़ावा मिलता है, वह और भी शातिर बन जायेंगे। जब आगे जाके कोई और भी बड़ी वारदात होगी तो उसमे आपका भी दोष होगा क्यूंकि अपने वक़्त रहते आवाज़ नहीं उठायी
३- अक्सर देखने में आया है की जुर्म चाहे जितना बड़ा या छोटा हो, वह कहीं न कहीं हमारे ज़ेहन में हमेशा रहता है खासकर के कुछ संगीन वारदात जैसे की फिजिकल असाल्ट, रेप । ऐसी वारदातों को रिपोर्ट करना बहुत ज़रूरी है ताकि आप ज़िन्दगी भर डर या शर्म में न जियें। शर्म तो उस क्रिमिनल को आनी चाहिए , समाज को उसके बारे में सतर्क करें। न डरें और न किसी को डराने दें।
