Harassment Common Even At Virtual Workplace #AAH

The lockdown made working from home normal and while everyone was working virtually, some people still found a way to harass others at the workplace. These included chats, comments on social media platforms, sexual innuendos and calls at inappropriate times. Some men took it a notch up by video calling up while dressing inappropriately.

“Men really find ways to oppress women regardless of the situation. With everyone feeling insecure about their jobs, most women are likely to say silent lest they should be sidelined or be labelled a troublemaker,” says Akancha, founder of Akancha Against Harassment.
