Commissioner Krishna Prakash Sir says that no matter what we try to teach children via books or strict discipline, kids will first pick up from what they see in behaviour of people around them. If you are disciplined, they will be disciplined. If you read books, they will read books. Therefore, if you are stuck to your mobile phones throughout the day, kids will be addicted to phones too! And therefore you see how children learn from imitation.
He also talks about not forcing your dreams & aspirations on children. Commissioner Krishna Prakash Sir says that teach children how to think & give them wings of imagination. Let them follow their own path, just hand hold where required. Most importantly, behave exactly how you would like them to behave. Children are super sharp, they will follow your footsteps and learn from imitation.

We agree with Commissioner Krishna Prakash Sir. Children definitely learn from imitation and its up to us to set good examples for them Double standards in how we behave & how we expect children to behave is not helpful.
