A 1994-batch IPS officer of Telangana cadre, Shikha Goel Ma’am believes to work for causes like inclusivity and equal opportunities for everyone. Over the years, she has handled several important cases. She has recovered properties worth crores, as well as worked for the cause of women and child safety.
Moreover, she has been involved in initiatives like the SHE Team, Women on Wheels, and Bharosa that work to protect, support and empower women and children of Hyderabad.
Another of her successful project is the Hawk-Eye app that makes travelling safer for women. Shikha Goel Ma’am believes that Gender Equality is not optional.
