Deepta Nagpal, a seasoned dietitian and nutrition educator talks about beauty of internet.
Deepta studied at the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. She has worked in various elite medical research institutes in India and is currently settled in Europe. Being this far away from family, internet/ technology has played a key role in staying connected to her near and dear ones as well as her daughters getting to know them from distance.
Deepta is the founder of ‘Beyond Kilos and Inches’, which has been voted amongst the best online diet consulting programs.
