ADG Krishna Prakash Sir Warns Against Social Media Addiction! #AAH

ADG Krishna Prakash Sir (Maharashtra Police), Director- Force One, a specialized counter terrorism unit of the Mumbai Police to guard the Mumbai metropolitan area warns against social media addiction! Especially considering its aggressive use by the young adults today, this overconsumption is having a serious negative effect on the minds of the youth population.

ADG Krishna Prakash Sir is a world record holder for several fitness & sports achievements. Recently he became the first person ever to swim against drifting waves in open ocean from Elephanta Caves to Gateway of India in Mumbai. He is also the first Indian to finish RAW (Race Across West America), World’s first IG rank Ironman & Ultraman, a celebrated triathlete.

In this video ADG Krishna Prakash Sir expresses his concern that today’s young generation is constantly on their phone, scrolling through social media obsessively instead of playing physical sports that leads to not just physical but even mental well being. As Sir says, families sitting together on the table for having food are also not mentally present as each member is busy on their own phones.

Please do watch this very important message from ADG Krishna Prakash Sir and pay attention to your overall well-being. Use social media mindfully.
